Job Description

  • Lead the development of embedded software functions aligned with OEM and Tier-1 specifications.
  • Define and oversee software architecture, test methodologies, and validation strategies across the development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between hardware, firmware, and system-level features.
  • Build and extend automated test frameworks to improve efficiency and ensure product quality.
  • Apply strong analytical and debugging skills to optimize system performance, including memory, throughput, and timing analysis.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Ensure all software deliverables comply with relevant automotive standards and regulatory frameworks (ASPICE, ISO 26262, ISO 21434, IATF 16949, etc.).

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience in embedded software development for automotive applications, with hands-on knowledge of C/C++.
  • Proficient in AutoSAR architecture and Vector toolchain (e.g., DaVinci Developer, Configurator Pro, Classic/Adaptive platform).
  • Familiar with QNX BSP, QNX Hypervisor, and development on Qualcomm platforms.
  • Strong understanding of hardware-software interaction, including driver development and interface protocols (e.g., CAN, Ethernet, USB, GMSL, FPD-Link, A2B, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth).
  • Proven leadership experience and the ability to drive projects to successful delivery in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
