職務說明

Lead the development of embedded software functions aligned with OEM and Tier-1 specifications.
Define and oversee software architecture, test methodologies, and validation strategies across the development lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between hardware, firmware, and system-level features.
Build and extend automated test frameworks to improve efficiency and ensure product quality.
Apply strong analytical and debugging skills to optimize system performance, including memory, throughput, and timing analysis.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Ensure all software deliverables comply with relevant automotive standards and regulatory frameworks (ASPICE, ISO 26262, ISO 21434, IATF 16949, etc.).

理想的應徵者

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Extensive experience in embedded software development for automotive applications, with hands-on knowledge of C/C++.
Proficient in AutoSAR architecture and Vector toolchain (e.g., DaVinci Developer, Configurator Pro, Classic/Adaptive platform).
Familiar with QNX BSP, QNX Hypervisor, and development on Qualcomm platforms.
Strong understanding of hardware-software interaction, including driver development and interface protocols (e.g., CAN, Ethernet, USB, GMSL, FPD-Link, A2B, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth).
Proven leadership experience and the ability to drive projects to successful delivery in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
