Job Description

  • Define and execute global go-to-market strategies for in-house OTC brands
  • Identify key markets and tailor entry strategies across retail, digital, and distribution channels
  • Build and manage cross-regional commercial operations and partnerships
  • Align product development with market needs, regulatory requirements, and consumer trends
  • Serve as the senior commercial lead, representing the company in external partnerships and strategic discussions
  • Leadership across Commercial and Non-Commercial functions across the corporate



The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of experience in healthcare, consumer health, or FMCG sectors
  • Strong track record in OTC or wellness product commercialization
  • Expertise in scaling operations and building markets globally
  • Proven leadership in cross-functional and multicultural environments
  • Visionary thinker with a hands-on approach to execution
  • General Manager experience will be highly preferred
  • Proven track record is essential
