Job Description



  • Define and execute IT strategies aligned with business goals


  • Manage and coach IT teams across infrastructure, applications, and operations


  • Oversee system integration projects across departments and platforms


  • Lead the implementation and optimization of enterprise systems (ERP, apps, internal tools)


  • Ensure cybersecurity, compliance, and disaster recovery protocols are in place


  • Collaborate with leadership and external partners on technology planning


  • Monitor KPIs and deliver results through structured project management



The Successful Applicant



  • 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role


  • Proficient in Oracle ERP and related modules (e.g., Hyperion, Planning, Fixed Assets)


  • Hands-on experience in cybersecurity and disaster recovery planning


  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal


  • Background in transportation, shipping, logistics, or terminal operations is a strong plus


  • Experience managing cross-functional tech teams and external vendors


  • Comfortable working in enterprise environments with complex system landscapes
