職務說明

  • Lead the end-to-end launch of a novel PAH product - this is your strategic playground
  • Define positioning, map the competitive landscape, and shape a compelling value story
  • Build strong bridges across regulatory, market access, sales, supply chain, and medical affairs
  • Create marketing campaigns that break through the noise and resonate with both HCPs and patients
  • Engage KOLs, advocacy groups, and clinical leaders to build credibility and drive adoption
  • Develop slick, smart training and enablement tools to energize the salesforce
  • Own the metrics: set KPIs, track success, and adapt your approach in real time
  • Be the budget boss-maximize ROI while keeping spend aligned with strategy



理想的應徵者

  • Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or similar; MBA or postgrad is a big plus
  • 5+ years in pharma product marketing, with experience in rare, specialty, or cardiology markets
  • Battle-tested in launching new products-you know what great looks like and how to get there
  • Brilliant at marketing: from omni-channel strategy to high-impact content
  • Strong communicator with the finesse to align global teams and influence without authority
  • Deeply patient-focused-your strategies reflect real needs, not just market data
  • Curious, adaptable, and always two steps ahead of change
  • Sales-savvy or direct sales experience? Even better
  • Fluent in English and confident operating in a global matrix
  • Entrepreneurial mindset-you see opportunities where others see obstacles
