職務說明



  1. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
    Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective strategies for sourcing, selecting, and hiring qualified candidates.


  2. Full Recruitment Lifecycle Management:
    Oversee all stages of the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations.


  3. Talent Pipeline Development:
    Build and maintain talent pipelines through various channels, such as digital tools, referrals, and campus recruitment initiatives.


  4. Participation in Recruitment Events:
    Actively participate in job fairs and networking events to promote the company and attract potential candidates.


  5. Process Optimization:
    Continuously assess and refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and improve the overall candidate experience.


  6. Engagement of Passive Candidates:
    Strategically engage with passive candidates worldwide by leveraging a variety of sourcing channels to attract top talent.
