Job Description



  • Manage and optimize the company's ERP system to support daily operations and strategic projects.


  • Identify and implement AI solutions, including Copilot, to enhance efficiency in project planning, data analysis, and reporting.


  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders-including senior management-to align IT strategy with business goals.


  • Act as a bridge between technology and business, ensuring smooth communication and effective problem-solving.


  • Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to maintain a competitive IT environment.



The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, Information Systems, or related fields.


  • At least 5 years of experience in IT roles with a strong focus on ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).


  • Proven hands-on experience with AI tools, especially Microsoft Copilot, in a professional setting.


  • Strong analytical and project management skills.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in both Mandarin and English.


  • Self-motivated with a strong desire and ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly.
